RyeRisk Consulting, LLC is the premiere Ski Safety Consulting Practice in North America, specializing in ski accident investigation, skiing-related litigation consulting, ski area risk management, ski area loss control, operational best practices, and generally accepted practices and principles employed by the ski industry. Principal Consultant Mark Di Nola’s knowledge, education, training, and experience include over 38 years as a risk management, loss control, litigation management, accident investigation, insurance professional and 25 years of ski industry investigations involving thousands of skiing accidents, hundreds of catastrophic ski accidents and strategic resolution of all types of ski industry litigation. Acting as a risk management resource to individual ski areas and state, regional, and national ski industry organizations, he additionally provided ski areas and the ski industry with multiple ski area risk management, loss control, ski safety training seminars covering operational best practices, claim management, ski safety, accident trend analysis and generally accepted practices and principles employed by the ski industry. Mr. Di Nola is a member of the American Association of Insurance Management Consultants (AAIMCo), a non-profit trade association comprised of insurance and risk professionals who provide fee-based consulting and educational services to their clients. Additionally, Mr. Di Nola is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Society of Risk Management Consultants (SRMC), an international organization of professionals engaged in risk management, insurance and employee benefits consulting.
