For over 25 years Mark Di Nola provided operational best practices, risk management, loss control and litigation management services to Ski Areas and the Ski Industry across North America. Mr. Di Nola directed the investigation, liability evaluation, litigation and resolution strategy of thousands of ski accidents including skier collision, snowboard accident, terrain park, tubing, ski lift, snowmobile collisions. Mr. Di Nola has extensive knowledge, education, training and experience in generally accepted practices and principles employed by the ski industry,  in the investigation, evaluation and litigation of ski area accidents that result in serious and catastrophic injuries or a wrongful death.

In his role as Vice President of Claims for the premier Ski Area Insurance program in North America, Mr. Di Nola produced and presented training, reference materials and educational seminars on various operational best practices, risk management and loss control topics to individual Ski Areas, Regional and National Ski Area Associations. Recognized as technical mentor in ski area operational best practices, risk management, loss control and litigation management to ski areas and ski industry, he analyzed ski incident frequency, claim frequency and claim severity to recommend plans of action to reduce incident frequency and severity to ski areas and the ski industry.

Developed, Implemented and Managed Operational Best Practices, Risk Management policies and generally accepted practices and principles employed by the ski industry as a partner with the ski industry identifying specific operational best practices, industry issues and create long-term risk management solutions. Provided operational inspection services, field training and best operational best practices with ski areas to meet their risk management objectives. Mr. Di Nola conceived, produced, presented multiple risk management training seminars and resources for Resorts and Ski areas across North America, National Ski Area Association and the Association of Ski Defense Attorneys.
